Offers are without obligation. The publishing house reserves itself to price changes; these are announced; otherwise the released price lists apply.

Delivery and transportation risk

The publishing house has the discretionary authority concerning the delivery possibilities. From the point in time the goods are delivered, the orderer takes the risk. In case of damage of the goods the orderer should immediately contact…

Complaints

Starting from us the deliveries are free from noticeable and from our side justifiable damages. Discrepancies and complaints have to be reported with date, content and invoice number, kind of delivery and matter of complaint within a week after delivery. Otherwise §377 HGB is effective. In case of hidden defects such as missing pages, the publishing house agrees to make up for the defect copies within two month.

Disclaimer

The publishing house is not liable for defects of third party default that cause losses or consequential damage.

Payment

Invoice amounts larger than 100 Euro are payable directly after invoice receipt, net without deductions. Invoices to settled down book shops are payable within 14 days.

In the case of supply more largely 40 kg. Werden die Versandkosten entsprechend der Größe der Lieferung festgelegt und dem Empfänger vorab mitgeteilt.

Delayed Payment

In case of default all outstanding debits are immediately due for payment plus collection expenses and interest on account of delay customary in banking.

Retention of title/Right of property

The delivered goods remain property of the publishing house until full payment of all outstanding main and ancillary debits.

Return of goods

Non-warranty clause applies also for unwarranted return of goods. In this case we give no credits. In case of return of books not in mint condition, the publishing house has got the right to reduce the credit to resale value.

The costs for returned goods are to be paid by the sender.
Definite orders are excluded from replacement, if no special conditions had been arranged. If so, these have to be in written form.

Returned goods have to be in perfect condition. We take a service charge of 10% of the net price.
